The customer starts by selecting the products from the list or they can state the products that they need even though not on the list. We then source the items and make delivery to the customer and payment is made on delivery. The value preposition is for the customer to get cheap products hassle free. No delivery charge within the central business district and only ZMW3 per km from the main post office.
